Construction has been going on for years at this point. The blaring sound of machines being drilled into the floor at 7am everyday is the cherry on top! - New Rules constantly being added with 0 contracts/proof. Management & Security needs improvement, this building is insufferable.

Lack of Transparency in HOA Disclosures: I received late and inconsistent information from the HOA during the application process. A “20% down” requirement was described as a board preference rather than a documented rule, and an upcoming assessment was mentioned despite not appearing in the minutes or budget. I lived here, and two of my packages were stolen — one from the brand Alo and another from Walmart. Security has no idea about it and can’t check the cameras. Draw your own conclusions about who lives here. Giving two stars only for the view. The canal view is truly beautiful — absolutely stunning.
