My aunt lives here. Her apartment is small but adequate for just her. The common areas of the building are kept clean and tidy. While I visited the cleaning/repair staff was friendly. As were the neighbors on her floor. There was one gentleman who seems to roam the hallways at all times of day and night. He looks a bit off. I was concerned about my safety in regards to him, during my stay.
I feel senior citizens should BEWARE of the new management at “Lake Point Senior Apartments” at 1821 Dora Avenue in Tavares FL. I tried to get a apartment at Lake Point toward the end of summer 2022. I started the process with the old management company(Picerne Management Corporation). I filed my application and paid the application fee($35.00) and paid the 1st part of my deposit($100.00) with the old management company(Picerne) and that process was going ok.
