Convenient, but half hearted. Also don't plan on ever seeing a real doctor - Their nurse practitioners do all of the heavy lifting. The staff up front are nice, but that's about it. The only upside to this place is the easy access. Anything you ask them about will often be brushed off with an "I don't know the answer to that" or "I would need to refer you to a specialist" .... Came in for preventative annual physical. Ended up getting charged around $100 for a cholesterol test and office visit because I mentioned I'm on some other medication at another private clinic (I asked for no advice or received any help on this, just was being open with the doctor). I have tried to call and get this resolved but they won't budge. I won't be coming back.
Dr. Rojas is great. She's very attentive and genuinely seems to care.. and unlike other doctors, she doesn't have that know-it-all attitude; she has a empathic curious attitude. And a friendly but not overly fake-friendly demeanor. I like her. And the facilities are very clean and nice.
