Not a great office to visit for orthodontics - the orthodontist is very nice, but availability is HORRIBLE. She's only there 1 day a week, so if you have an emergency and it's not the ortho's day of the week, you're out of luck. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had the most bizarre experience. I hesitated to write this review but after crying off and on for an hour I thought it was necessary. I had booked an appointment to get a second opinion for my daughter to possibly receive braces. I was upfront with this that it was a second opinion. The orthodontist came in and was very lovely right off the bat. Dr Sameha & her assistant Kylie did a wonderful job treating my children. Dr Sameha explained each tool and it’s function to my son to help keep him calm. The office is very welcoming. This office is about 25 min out of my way, but will definitely continue coming here. Thanks for your help ladies!
