Honestly wish I could give zero stars… If you want a doctors office that doesn’t care about their patients and has way too many to handle, go here. If you want an arrogant doctor that thinks he always knows best and basically calls you a liar for what you are told, go here. If you want an answering service that isn’t even in the actual office and can’t even get ahold of anyone in the office, go here.
Worst doctors office around. They can never get anything right. They always mess up peoples med refills. Because of there poor work people have to suffer. This place is a joke
Had an appointment booked out for a month to see Dr. Madejski because he was available on a particular day. Got an letter in the mail saying he will not be available for my appointment now. What a joke. Think with all the technology they would have something in the calendar notifying them he isn’t available. Obviously they don’t pay attention to customers reviews online or make the effort to correct these issues.
Horrible. You arrive early as you should to check in and give them the insurance information and or photo I.d. Then your sitting here forever! My apt was at 11 and its been half hour in the waiting room. BTW this is my fourth apt here and it is always like this. Time for a new Dr I think.
