We had an exceptional experience at Lake Placid Lodge from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to check in early during inclement weather. Our lakeside cabin was beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake—made even more magical as the snow began to fall. The fireplace was already set up for us; all we had to do was light a match and add wood as needed, which made the space feel especially cozy. I can’t even begin to explain the wonderful experience I had while staying here. Everything you could possibly think of in a place was this lodge. This place went above and beyond. The staff, the food, the room and all the experiences were absolutely phenomenal. 100% returning.
Stunningly beautiful natural setting. Luxurious and very comfortable rooms make the Lake Placid Lodge an ideal spot for a peaceful serene getaway. We look forward to our next visit.
What can I say. LPL is absolutely the finest place you can stay at. Stunning grounds and views. Rooms with warmth and character, fantastic food of all kinds, and top notch service.
What an amazing getaway. They really cater to your needs. The onsite restaurants are both amazing and definitely over shadow anything on main st. The cabin we stayed in was a bit rustic and dated but we weren’t looking for the newest just the best. Views and food are amazing, staff is friendly and courteous, amenities are great.
