Great spot, great food and spectacular scenery and places to visit Lake Placid town is fun with good food and shops.
Lake Placid Lodge was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a Lake View cabin, which was only about 60 feet from the lake, with gorgeous views through enormous windows. The cabin was extremely comfortable, with a lovely sitting area, complimentary drinks and snacks, a wood-burning fireplace already set up, and s’mores kits. We had breakfast on the deck and absolutely loved it! The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the gorgeous lake view made the whole experience even better. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to start the day. Highly recommend! Thanks to the all staff and manager, Sejla was amazing!
Lake Placid Lodge is enchanting, very beautiful and romantic. It is tucked away off the main road, and it sits right along Lake Placid. The lodge and rooms are very clean and decorated beautifully. Staff is extremely polite and professional. We enjoyed a few times breakfast and dinner at both restaurants, and also in our room looking out at Lake Placid, amazing! We had a wonderful time!
