From the moment we walked in we were greeted with pleasantness from Ms. Kendall. She gave us a tour and was there to help us with our application. She was very helpful through out the whole process. Overall we had a very good experience at Lake in the Pines
I recently had the opportunity to tour an apartment, and I was impressed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, the building had a modern exterior and a welcoming atmosphere. The leasing agent Ms. Sheila was friendly and professional, providing a thorough walk-through of the space.
I have lived in Lake In The Pines for 14 years. I feel I'm with family. I love the maintenance crew, they are very efficient, but this time I want to tell you all that Ms. Sheila from the office is amazing. When I call to request anything , she always make sure to get me an answer. She is very professional , empathetic and kind. Thank you Ms. Sheila for treating me as a valued tenant. Your kindness goes a long way.
