Alright so far. Moved in 1 day ago on Jun 9. Nice affordable complex that covers water use. Has awfully expensive internet. Need to compare with AT&T & Verizon wireless. Not yet integrated with fiber. Today I had reported some faults with my unit. Not yet solved. Too early to be acted upon. Will have to return here for a review update.
Put in a work order and they had my issues fixed the very next day. Maintenance man is on point and very respectful and helpful. Great Work!!
I need a cable for my television.
I've been here about a half a year. My biggest and most frequent interactions are with the office staff. Without exception, they are all great and helpful. They are great individually and as a team. When you speak to any one of them, you get a feeling that they sincerely want you to feel happy, with the Lake In The Pines, community experience. My encounters with maintenance personnel has been limited, but very positive. Helpful, thorough, respectful and great problem solvers. I'm enjoying living here.
