Clean, sisters lives there... Seems okay.
The apartment complex is okay. Nice outdoor area I love the trees and rocks & the benches along the complex. The staff is really nice I love Gena but I too much don’t care for my unit and where they’ve placed me. There are stains on the carpet in the hallway and it looks like big oil stains. It always smells bad especially in the hallway entrance like stale cigarettes and the laundry room smells like somebody’s behind lol People tend to leave their clothes in the washer or nasty hair. I've been trying to sell my home and move to this apartment complex. When I refused the second apartment because of its condition and location I was told that I would no longer be considered.
I had a great experience up until it was time to move out. By no means was my apartment spotless when I first moved in. I had to have maintenance come and clean up food that spilled in between the counter and stove that had been there for years and was never cleaned. I seriously got charged $285 because I did not return it SPOTLESS. They were so petty as to charge me for a bathtub that is stained after years of use. I also got charged for dust on the ceiling fan. Get real. Very poor management.
