I used to live in Lake Pineloch village and I loved living in my condo until LeLand Management took over. I have had multiple concerns about my roof and the Administrative Assistant was dismissive, didn't return emails or phone calls. Because she did not follow up damage persisted and now there are multiple leaks. Within three months our security permissions on our car were revoked 4 times so we could not even get into the neighborhood and when we raised concern we were told the permits would not be fixed until we paid an ad... read more
Some of the residents are so unkind. They are constantly making rude and negative comments to their neighbors. They’ve made negative comments to plumbing employees, window installers and members of the landscape crew. It’s a beautiful condominium community, but sadly too many of the residents have nothing better to do than be rude and condescending.
