I recently moved into the Lake Park West condo complex as a renter, and not even two weeks into my time living there, I was verbally harassed by one of the older snow plow drivers shouting vulgarities while I was casually going about my day. People’s schedules should not adhere to theirs. Weather is unpredictable, and people have lives. Lake Park West, do a better job with who you hire to avoid situations like this from happening.

Outstanding place to live. Neighbors are real nice. Maintenance is great workers. And the lady in the office Lynn is so knowledgeable.

The HOA is obligated to maintain amenities. The indoor pool was closed during the pandemic. Once it was open it was about a week before they closed it again. I was told the humidifier needed replacing and it was ordered. It was never ordered. The pool has been closed since that time. A special assessment was to be paid at the at the end of the year. Then the Board of Directors decided they needed to push the pool repairs back because our insurance went up because we had several buildings that had roofs over 20 years old. Tod... read more
