This is a very beautiful 55+ community in Santa Ana if manufactured homes. I visited to see a property for sale, I liked it very much with everything I wanted with a reasonable price for Southern Cali. Only problem is you don't own the land and their monthly lease fees for the land where your house seats is $1950.
I currently live in this community. It’s wonderful. They have a walking trail that goes by a lake with Mallard ducks swimming around; it’s magical here and very safe!
