I had pulled up Lake Parks info to call them and noticed the low score for reviews. I am beyond confused. I have gone to Lake Park for around 10 years and absolutely love them. Dawn Hale is who I see and she has never been anything but helpful and given great care. There have been times where I’ve had to wait (nothing unreasonable) or they may not have been able to fit me in that day but isn’t that kind of to be expected for a busy practice? Been seeing Marlene Traywick for 15 years and wouldn't THINK of going anywhere else...unless she switched practices.
Really surprised to see a lower score because I switched to them and I've been floored at how amazing they were. I primarily go for my BC. It's great to have a family Dr who can also do paps. The Dr. I saw really took the time to hear about my horrible pass experiences with Drs and birth control. She took the time to tell me why she believes the other BCs made me feel crazy and told me her suggestion and it's been great. I even had to call and ask a nurse questions and that was a great experience as well. Happy Camper here.
First time here as a new patient. They got me in right away, the staff and Dr Chen was great!
I loved this place. Best doctors I ever had! The nurses were on top of things as well. The location is really pretty too. I am glad I choose to come here. I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!
Disappointed. They almost gave my son 3 vaccinations he didn't need because they pulled out somebody else's chart and they also misdiagnosed both me and my husband on separate occasions requiring us to come back for unnecessary and incorrect follow-ups. I eventually moved my family to another clinic.
