Interesting day at the dentist. When in for a cleaning and was told I needed to have the ARESTIN procedure done. As a patient I decline, but they insisted that if I didn't have the treatment done, they would not do my cleaning .They should have highly recommended it, instead of an edict. Needless to say my teeth were not cleaned. I will miss my hygienist {Karina} who was wonderful, and the staff was equally great. But the dentist who makes the rules, not so much. Sarah Jockin dentist took my cash and left me without functional dentures. Did not hold to the treatment plan IN FULL knowing the problem came from the choice of the business practice not I not my insurance but that of Lake Side Dental and Heartland. Withheld true facts to get my cash.
