They do not pay vendors! We did 2 jobs for these slumlords and they only paid for one. Then you cannot get in contact with them. Horrendous company!
These managers are horrible and these apartments are roach infested and mold infested they don’t like to fix nothing but will increase the rent
If I was to rate them off of customer service alone, I’d give them a 0. A 1 is being generous. The office manager is never in the office. You call on the days that they’re open, and still can’t get someone on the line. I’ve even gone up there and he’s never there. I had been calling to try to speak with him about a friend of mine who was evicted but we had expensive sound equipment inside of his apartment. These apartments are the worst the rent went from $875 to $1100 the units are mold infested roach infestation and all they do is paint over everything they charge us for garbage pick up and laundry but there’s no hot water in the laundry room not to mention the tenants are paying the water bill which is illegal I’ve been here for 3yrs anyone who says this is a nice place is a fraud I’m only still here because it’s upstairs and down but will be my last year the paint on my tub keeps peeling the air vents are clogged with dust... read more
