Nice apartments in a prime location in Osage Beach, Mo. Good management. Great maintenance! Photos of living room, everyone has a patio that you can see thru the blinds. Large counter in kitchen. Nice size bedroom(not shown). Very reasonable rent.
Very cozy apartments homes. Management is very knowledgeable and helpful.
This place is bad its never clean it has bugs old carpet the front door doesnt work 50% of time won't open washer and dryer don't work half the time airconditioner in units are tenants responsibilities manager lies constantly if you need help she does not call u back no more in house dinners, movie nite, manager here does not care about residents,.
Everyone here is like high school kids all they know how to do is talk bad about each other cause drama and start fights and the group's are ridiculous just grow up that's why I am moving cause no no here can act like an adult. And you can't get anyone to fix anything cause there is only one person who is doing all the work and he spends most of his time at the other building if they wasn't so cheap maybe they would hire someone to do the work here and maybe this place wouldn't be falling apart. This place is amazing! There is something here for every person. Gorgeous take your breath away scenery, shopping, nature, the food and food service is top of the line here everywhere you go, nightlife on the lake is captivating, daytime sightseeing, fishing, swimming or simply basking in the sun and breathing in the fresh air is a relaxation experience like none other.
