Tendu is fantastic to work with! He was able to get to the bottom of what my mac issues were and solved them in a quick and timely manner. I felt like I was his only customer, which I know wasn't true, but it felt good to know that he really wanted to help! If you ever need help with you computer, please contact him. He'll be honest with his assessment, and he'll do what is needed to resolve the issue. Also, his prices are very reasonable!
