Made an appointment here and was excited to be seen. Unfortunately, the receptionist gave very poor directions and did not relay how inaccessible their location was to someone using public transit (I'm currently in a wheelchair). I'd asked if there was a bus stop nearby, and she said there was one very close to the clinic. The nearest bus stop is almost a 20 minute walk away. I ended up having to cancel at the last minute.
