I needed my eyeglasses repaired, and my regular eye clinic was closed due to the pandemic. I called Dr. Gregg’s office asking if they could help me. They invited me to come right away, and the optician was able to fix my glasses right away. No charge for the repair. Thank you!

I'm not sure why I had such a different experience than the other reviewers, but I did. My daughter and I went in together to see Dr Gregg first appointments of the day. The two women behind the counter were busy discussing their weekend and barely welcomed us. The appointments felt rushed and Dr Gregg spent only a few minutes with me even though we were new patients. He didn't address my concerns but rather got me out of the room as quickly as possible. I have benn with Dr. Gregg for 5 years now- My whole family including my kids go to him. He is incredibly knowledgable and accessible- I have total confidence in his abilities- The gals in the office are very accommodating when scheduling and I always appreciate their reminders! I was referred to Dr Gregg by a friend recently and so very glad I went. My experience at Lake Oswego Eye Clinic could not have been better.
