RecommendedMark & team did a great job with checking the roof & Attic ventilation and recommending the right things to do for a safe, energy efficient and good looking roof & ventilation. Amidst Covid19 situation and lockdown in place, Mark clarified from the state officials if roofing installation can be performed, and kept us well informed.The roof installation was planned and completed on time with good quality work. Mark gave a good inspection of the roof. Roofers were very polite. Job was started in winter, but crew was good about coming to complete the cleanup as soon as the snow melted! Would recommend.

We are very satisfied with the new roof and skylights they just finished installing. Mark spent a lot of time with us explaining exactly what they were going to do and offered helpful suggestions throughout the process. The crew did a great job installing the roof, in spite of the biggest November snowfall I have ever seen. They started with some tear-off the week before we got 11" of snow on a Monday, then showed up first thing Tuesday with snow rakes to continue the job. Mark came by to take a look at a potential repair on our roof. He was friendly, quick and super helpful. He told us how to fix the problem inexpensively, ourselves. Highly recommend!
I had Lake Orion Roofing replace my shingles in 2016. There is supposedly a five year warranty with the job. As it turns out, I have a pretty leak than has developed and runs down my diving room wall. Jack, an employee, came out, and took pictures. Mark, the owner declared that it was not the fault of the shingles. That could very well be true, but I still need service and the problem still needs to be resolved. I call again. Mark and his staff were great to work with throughout the process. Response time to questions was very quick. We trusted Mark's direction and have no regrets. The work was done in a timely manner. The roof looks great. The crew that came out were very respectful. They protected things on our deck and landscaping around the house. The clean-up was spotless. We would highly recommend Lake Orion Roofing. There is a reason (actually several) that they have been in business so long.
