I had a, what I saw in my eyes, a pretty scary procedure and I was very nervous about the whole thing. Dr. Bell and his staff were very comforting and helpful during the whole process. I am leaving a 5 star review but Dr. Bell deserves more! He was absolutely wonderful! After the surgical procedure on 4 teeth, I had no pain! That just goes to show how great he is with his technique, skills & knowledge. I would like to thank Dr. Bell and the staff at Lake Oral for officially putting my GINORMOUS fear of the dentist to rest!
UPDATE: Dr. Azizi reached out to me personally and thoroughly explained the office policy. The policy itself was never really the issue, as I understood the reasoning behind it without explanation. My frustration came from not being informed/misinformed ahead of time and from the interaction with the assistant during the visit. I appreciate that the doctor took the time to contact me directly and discuss everything with me. I bought my son in for surgery. They explain every to us. I was welcomed to ask questions & all of my concerns were answered. The staff were very warm welcoming, professional, kind, understanding & helpful. On the day of my son's procedure, he was in & out. After care was thoroughly explained. He healed fast & w/o any complications or complaints. Thank You! My oldest daughter needs some work done. I've already referred her!
