I’m very disappointed with the management at this apartment complex. Maintenance issues constantly go unresolved, and when you report problems, it either takes forever for someone to respond or nothing gets fixed at all. As tenants, we pay rent expecting a safe and properly maintained place to live, but that has not been my experience here. Maya and Melissa used to do a wonderful job but since we have a new management it’s sucks. Communication is poor, and it feels like residents’ concerns are ignored.
