The limo and driver is the only thing I liked about this service. They were both great. I booked this way in advance and had several emails with Josh Dunbar leading up to the wedding, none of which were very pleasant, but I figured the day of I would be in contact with Mr. & Mrs. Denniston. Sadly, I never once met either of these people I had seen such great reviews on. Josh Dunbar, the photographer, handled everything and very poorly. If I could give 0 stars I would. After speaking with the owner, minister, and paying we showed up to our ceremony site and the minister never showed. After calling him he told us the owner had told him our wedding was cancelled. Apparently the owner mixed us up with another client. Needless to say our wedding was ruined. Sad to call them out but don’t want another couple to go through what we went through. The owner was very nonchalant about the whole thing which was more infuriating. I just want to say the venue was amazing, we got married at the emerald bay location. Our minister was the nicest person and made everything go so smoothly. Now the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5, our photographer was awful. He was rude and rushed everything, made everyone uncomfortable. The photos were awful! They were either blurry, eyes were closed, people’s heads were cut out, or extremely over/under exposed (too bright or too dark). We had our wedding on June 12, 2021. Everything went according to plan. Reverend Dorie was wonderful and Mr. Denniston was great! Easy going, funny and showed us the pictures before we went to our reception. If you wish to be stress free, this is the way to go! (On a personal note (11/ 9 / 23) we misplaced some of our pictures, 2 in particular with my sister who became ill. Jon was gracious to find them and sent them to us. It meant so much to us!) Thank you again! I would give this venue 10 STARS if I could...
