Highly recommend!! I called Lake O. Floral with a very last-minute need for a floral arrangement, with the intention of picking it up myself. She was so accommodating and even stayed at the shop until I arrived. She was extremely friendly, personable, and professional, and she put together a beautiful arrangement that made my mom so happy. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future floral needs!
Nadia went above and beyond to help me with an order of surprise flowers. She even offered to pick up a local cake to add with my order. She was easy to communicate with and despite the 2 time zone difference, was very understanding and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough! She loved the arrangement so much, Thank you so much and for making her day special!
Lake O Floral provided an amazing and last-minute service for me on Sunday. This woman took the time to answer my questions prior to 7am on the weekend, was very receptive to my wishes and intentions, hand-crafted a bouquet of roses that was truly a work of art, and personally delivered them to me right on schedule so that I could surprise a special woman flying into PDX. The service was exceptional, communication excellent, and the product was top-tier. Thank you so much!!!
I called Lake O.flower shop today when I learned that one of my employees had passed away unexpectedly. They were so helpful and kind and it was really important to me that I get these flowers out to the family right away. They answered immediately and were so responsive with communicating with me through the process.
