I was here for I think 6 months. Initially the plan was 6 weeks, but because I couldn't be as consistent as I wanted at times, they kept me and kept track of my progress to make sure that I left only when my body was ready to. And sure enough, Laurice got me on track! I was thrilled. I did pelvic floor therapy and I have noticed the difference. I'm so grateful for her patience and efforts in all the knowledge she gave me and all the exercises. 5 stars no doubt.
