This was our first boat purchase. We were from out of town on vacation and happened to find our dream boat here. It was on a day they were closed and we were hoping we could at least even see the boat from the road. We called and left a voicemail and they were very understanding and very professional. This pontoon boat exceeded all of our expectations with respect to being very clean, ran beautifully & accommodated all 14 of us. We were able to explore many different areas of Lake Norman. Awesome experience! We had driven up from mint hill to lake Norman with a friend and 2 jet skis. When we got to the boat ramp after an hour drive, we realized we had forgotten a life jacket for our friend. We stopped in and the guy who was there happily sold us a jacket for$20 bucks. This saved us a trip back to academy and probably about 40 bucks on the jacket. Really appreciated them going above and beyond to help us out!
