We called this company and they returned out call the next business day first thing in the morning and were able to come out that same day. They found a leak in a water pipe and repaired it same day. The service was great as well as the price and the guys that came out to do the repair were very nice to deal with.

Purchasing a new water heater was not on my list of things to do today. However, I can’t say enough great things about Steven and team at Lake Norman Plumber on Call. From initial phone call to final installation, was about four and a half hours. They were very friendly, professional, respectful of our home and priced competitively. Technician was knowledgeable but this company charges similar to Morris-Jenkins which I was trying to avoid. Very, very expensive. I wish I had checked on social media prior to pulling the trigger. There are apparently many better options for a local plumber who doesn't try to dig into your wallet like this company does.
