Very satisfied with Lake Norman Plumber On Call. We have used their services on multiple occasions. They came out within hours of an emergency call and fixed the problem. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with knowledge and problem solving on a few nagging issues that other plumbers were not able to address, as we thought this was a water heater problem from an original install in August of 2024, so had that plumbing company return to diagnose, without success. Steven's experience was demonstrated through his diagnosis, and the water heater is not the problem rather the water circulation and back check valves etc are the culprit but were never considered by the other plumbers. They did a good job on my broken shower. The plumber was nice also. The problem is that they charged me $700 for 1 hour of work. I recommend that you look for a less expensive plumber. I feel ripped off.
100% Satisfied! Professional AND affordable!! VERY highly recommended! Having dealt with a number of the other "local" plumbing services in the past, these folks are the BEST! They took the time to answer any and all my questions, and my leaking water heater was replaced ahead of schedule.
We had a leak outside from the water meter to the house. Steven showed up and had the leaked fixed under 2 hours. Steven was excellent.
