This is regards to health care provider Bridgette Cooke, PA-C. Bridgette was exceedingly rude and arrogant. She would ask a question without letting me complete the answer multiple times. She was rude and unprofessional from the onset, including retrieving me from the waiting room. I will not accept any further care from this particular provider at PHC Lake Norman Neurology. I would caution others against using her as a health care professional.
