Very disappointed..
Dr. Balakrishnan has been the absolute best doctor I have ever dealt with. In addition to his knowledge, he is diligent and expeditious in testing and treatment. He is willing to spend time listening and addressing concerns. Dr. B instills confidence and comfort. I highly recommend him.
I called to request an appointment for my daughter who was involved in a car accident that is now having frequent headaches and requested to make an appointment. The appointment scheduler was extremely rude with her response of "I have to self-pay and they will not file towards the auto-insurance claim." I didn't even mention a claim for such a response and advised that my daughter has medical insurance through BCBS. I enjoy going to see Dr. Gross. He’s very professional. He has a good bed side manner. He is the only neurologist who has listened to everything I have had going on, and did something about it. Give him a try. You no be disappointed with him at all.
