I am really upset. They keep rejecting my prescription refill requests. I can't get a hold of anybody and am wondering if the office is still open! At least inform your patients if you are no longer in business!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars -I would!
I have to agree with other reviewers regarding the staff of this practice. The staff are non responsive to any requests for assistance calling in medication changes as well as following up with any medical questions or concerns. They can be rude and seem to be bothered by the simple task of simply checking the patient out after an appointment. Too bad as I believe the physicians in the office deserve better support staff.
This place went downhill. I honestly think they refused to give me anything in order to force me to spend a bunch of money unnecessarily at their sister institution, duke hospital.
I really like Dr Salter. He such a solid person & a great Dr. But like every review on here, it's not the Dr or the care they provide, it's the STAFF. The staff is awful, unprofessional and seemingly set on ruining this practice's reputation. They don't return phone calls, I've always had a problem with them communicating with my pharmacy about refilling prescriptions, they randomly send bills I've already paid, and they're just plain rude/uncaring.
