I love Lake Norman Medical Group, especially Meredith Harkey. Moved to NC two years ago and started seeing Meredith shortly afterwards. I love the staff and I love her!! She is very thorough, friendly, and extremely kind. This is very important for someone that is a Type II diabetic. I’ve been to this office for a little over a year and I see Kevin Vanhoy, PA. I’ve always felt uncomfortable at doctors offices but he knows how to explain and make you feel comfortable. I’ve recommended family member and they love him too! Any problem you have, he’ll listen to you!
Be careful what you sign. My family and I have been going there for several years. Apparently they are now part of Lake Norman Medical Group. My insurance pays 100% of a well checks but they refuse to code the lab work so the insurance will cover it as a well check. I’m now stuck with a $500+ bill.
This office quit carrying our insurance and did not notify us about it, yet kept taking our co-pay. My husband has been a patient there with Kevin for over 15 years. We are now left with a large bill and the office is not taking any ownership of their wrong-doing.
