Staff is always so pleasant and respectful, when when I go in every 3 months for bloodwork. From the front desk receptionists, to the nurses, lab technician and my Doctor.... Dr. Symes, they all are very knowledgeable, I am always treated very well, and absolutely love going to my appointments!

I really didn’t want to have to write this review because I kept trying to give the office the benefit of the doubt. On Friday, I sent a message requesting that a prescription be called in, but no one returned my call. I followed up on Tuesday and spoke with Penny, explaining that my insurance would not cover the prescription at Publix and that I needed it sent to Costco instead because it was more affordable. Since Dr. Renich left and the practice became Duke , it has gone down hill. My new PCP Dr. Symes seems completely checked out and always has a very dejected attitude . I have called , left voice mails and sent messages on the portal - no replies Blood work - no call to discuss results Had an MRI done - no call to discuss results Came in for a mandatory appointment for a prescription and asked about a rash on my arm and received a separate bill for asking about my arm.
