My kids have been patients here for 18 years now, we definitely miss Dr. RENICH, She was so good with kids. Recently switched to Duke Health and now we see Dr. SYMMS. He seems very intelligent and kind.
Staff is always so pleasant and respectful, when when I go in every 3 months for bloodwork. From the front desk receptionists, to the nurses, lab technician and my Doctor.... Dr. Symes, they all are very knowledgeable, I am always treated very well, and absolutely love going to my appointments!
I really didn’t want to have to write this review because I kept trying to give the office the benefit of the doubt. On Friday, I sent a message requesting that a prescription be called in, but no one returned my call. I followed up on Tuesday and spoke with Penny, explaining that my insurance would not cover the prescription at Publix and that I needed it sent to Costco instead because it was more affordable.
