Such an easy rental experience! The whole family enjoyed our day of making memories on the lake!
Checking process very easy and quick. Very friendly and efficient staff. Boat was clean and ready for us.
Great day out at the lake with CS marina until seeing gas charges. Rented the Tritoon for a full day (8 hrs) with NO tubes option. Got there and everything was great. Drove the boat out 45 minutes to an island in the middle of the lake and anchored it. Stayed there till 1pm and made our way back closer to CS marina to a cove for the remainer time. 7/24/24 2:19 pm- extremely rude. Lady answered the phone. Refused to actually answer any questions, asked for totals and she kept saying I can’t give you a total if you don’t book I can’t give you a total. It is 2 seperate reservations … I asked can you give me the 2 totals and I will add the 2 numbers together and still- couldn’t give me a number. X plus tax is not a total- rudeness and refusing to answer questions is not conducive to business- asked for manager and was told she is the manager. And refused to get anyone abo... read more
Was headed from Ohio to Hilton Head and wanted to break up the drive with a stop in Charlotte. Rented a pontoon boat for a half day and could not have been happier. First, the boat was in excellent shape. Looked brand new. Due to a bad weather forecast for the time of my rental, we needed to communicate with the staff….which was no issue at all.
