We moved into a home serviced by LNI back in 2019. They come twice a year to shut off for the winter and again flush and turn on the system. We’ve occasionally had them out for minor fixes, and never had an issue.
It is now the middle of may and Lake Norman Irrigation has still not come out to turn on and check my irrigation system . Recommend you find a different company for your irrigation systems.
On time reasonable rates.
LKN irrigation installed a system at my home 1-year ago. They addressed a leak and issue with the operation of my system in the first month. However, the same underground leak started when I started the system this year and LKN will not respond or address the warranty repair. To prevent huge expense of water usage, I need to hire another company to fix their work. If you use them, don’t expect follow up service.
