Terrible facility; waited 40 mins past appointment time with no air in the office; told the office worker we leaving, she said they were coming out “right now” to take my mother back. Came out, took all 5 people waiting back together, I then told the tech if she was going to have to wait longer once she went back that we were not waiting, she said she would not wait any longer. After taking her back, they proceeded to take 2 other people before her. We left immediately. Will not ever be back to this facility again. Very unor... read more

I had appointment on April 16 at 1:30 for to recheck on lump in my breast from my wreck back August. When I got there they didn’t have me scheduled and I had a paper that showed my appt but it was not in their system. I was not happy since I took time off from my work that day to be there. I was not pleased at all.
