The staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. I wrote down the wrong appointment time, I arrived 70 minutes early. Fortunately, they worked things out and did my scan right away. They read my scan right away to let me know everything was alright. It was two days before Thanksgiving; therefore they were did not want me to worry considering it would take a few days for my doctor to get back to me. Thank you so much!
WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I can’t attest to the staff at the actual location because just getting an appointment was such a disaster that I cancelled my so called appointment and I’m going somewhere else. I was called by someone to schedule my appointment after they received my referral. I scheduled an appointment for December 26. The next day the same employee called me and explains that my referral came back up on her screen and she could not find the appointment she had made for me the previous day so she scheduled me for the soo... read more

Staff and facilities were great. The financial side of the business however is not ethical. I was referred here by a local neurologist. Was told a brain scan with and without contrast was going to be $2200. I was assured it was a flat one time fee so I paid in full over the phone. A month later I get a bill for $88(insurance adjustment). I didn’t mind that. What aggravated me is that 2 months after my scan, I get a bill from Charlotte Radiology for $300.
