Professional caring staff and doctors, this is so important when dealing with such a life changing disease. I am a cancer survivor today.
Prior to the Novant takeover, I would have given this office 5 stars. The doctors and staff are incredible. Unfortunately, Novant has done its best to ruin them. The “exciting changes” that Novant has produced meant that instead of billing the doctor as my PCP ($30 out of pocket), they could bill him exclusively as a Specialist ($125 out of pocket). I recently had a "scheduled" appointment for this location. My appointment was scheduled nearly a week in advance. I arrive at my appointment only to find it was rescheduled. NO ONE from this office spoke to me to see if it was okay to reschedule my appointment, and/or if the day worked for me. the receptionist at check-in was non-caring and only focused on we left you a message to reschedule.
