The flowers received were nothing like the picture when ordered. I understand some flower types may have to exchanged but, it was a grocery store bouquet with florist prices. Very disappointed

My wife just received an arrangement as a gift with five red roses and a bunch of daisies, all of which are half-dead. This is the second time you’ve delivered nearly dead flowers. Very disappointing.
May 24 2024…. I called long distance to order an arrangement for a funeral on Sunday the 26th. I explained what I was looking for, while giving him (Bill) some artistic license to make it pink and airy and light and feminine. He assured me the flowers he would use were very fresh.
