I’m not sure if it was the sheer desperation in my voice or just their incredible hearts, but Bill and Chris absolutely saved me this Christmas. The flowers received were nothing like the picture when ordered. I understand some flower types may have to exchanged but, it was a grocery store bouquet with florist prices. Very disappointed

My wife just received an arrangement as a gift with five red roses and a bunch of daisies, all of which are half-dead. This is the second time you’ve delivered nearly dead flowers. Very disappointing.
