I saw the dietitian at this office twice (7/8/17 & 7/15/17). I was verbally told by her I would be charged at a copay rate even though I told her my deductible with Cigna had not been met. My deductible was approx. $62/session. She had me go ahead and sign her contract that had her prices on it that said that $175 initial consultation and $85 for 30 min sessions. She said mine would NOT be that much because I would only pay my copay and she assured me that even after repeatedly asking her about my deductible not being met. S... read more
Wonderful group of professionals.
There aren't enough good things I could say about this office. I have seen Jamie for over a year now and she has always made herself available for me. I've seen many therapists and she is by far the best I've come across. I wouldn't be where I am today without Lake Norman Counselors. I would, and have, recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe space to talk to someone.
