Potential New Patients Beware...Have reached out to the Cornelius practice numerous times to book an initial appointment. Staff will not answer the phone during business hours and messages are not returned. After multiple attempts to contact, I received a snide text message noting I had to communicate only via a patient portal and that having a staff member speak to me was time consuming and inaccurate. Dr. Sutherland has been with us on our sons journey for 9 years. He is a very knowledgeable and caring psychiatrist. We could never say enough good things about the many years he has helped steer us in the right directions with medications, education and therapy. A very seasons professional in the industry. I can’t imagine anyone else who will go to bat for you when needed.
Dr Reddick is the absolute best psychiatrist. He listens to his patients, thoughtfully recommends courses of treatment, and takes a holistic approach rather than just handing out scripts. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Avoid any of the practices in this group with offices in Ballantyne and on Latrobe as well. Their practice is set up to intentionally make sure patients cannot contact their providers. They will not answer the phones and make contacting anyone there incredibly difficult. Appointments will be changed with no communication to you as the patient, absolutely no regard for the patients they treat. They could easily fix these issues, but choose not to, so why trust them with your healthcare if you can't even trust them with basic ... read more
