This vet office knows what they’re doing. My poor senior kitty is obviously declining, but they’ve given us great information about how to proceed and to help us gauge how much pain he’s in vs if we can elongate our time together with him using the least invasive and most humane methods. $300 for a vet check. I told the receptionist that I get his prescription through an online pharmacy and she said no problem. A day later, the pharmacy called them to get his flea medication filled, and they stated that they no longer do any fax, email or global approval.
I took my cat here for the first time and I had a great experience. Dr Alexander and her assistant were so kind and helpful. My cat is very shy but they were patient and attentive.
We absolutely adore this office. From the front desk to our vet, Dr. Paterno (Dr. Po), everyone is friendly and very sweet. Our dog is very friendly, but a little nervous about anyone touching her ears. Dr. Po even sat on the ground with her to pet her and make her feel comfortable prior to getting her ears touched. She also answers any and all questions with care and took the time to demonstrate how to administer the medication we got today.
