My Remington got neutered yesterday and they were very kind and thorough. Dr. Pinney is the best. The vet tech that assisted me when dropping off and pick up was very nice as well. We’ve been bringing our dog there since he was a puppy and he’s now 2 years old. I trust them and I highly recommend them!

I took my cat to be checked out for a respiratory problem. The vet came in within a reasonable amount of time, examined the cat and prescribed a course of treatment. He left the exam room and my wait began. No one came to let me know that we could leave and pick up his medicine at check out. I finally left the exam room and asked if we could leave. I was told that the meds would be ready shortly and we could go then. I understand emergencies but it’s not hard to open the door and keep the customer informed.
I took my dog after my dog got attacked. I was having a panic attack and the way the receptionist treated me was very unkind.
I went to this location yesterday because my dog was limping from one leg, my appointment was at 11:30 am they told me to wait on the waiting area 1/2 past finally they let us in to a room after 1 hour and 45 minutes no one showed up to the visit room. I decided to leave. This place needs someone attention because is not right what had happened to on this location.
