I am resident of the Lake Nona community and I work remotely. Sometimes I like to change it up a bit by working outside in a quiet space. The open space provided by Pixon Apartments is simply perfect!!! It offers reliable access to WiFi, the space is beautifully decorated, is conveniently located next door to Foxtail coffee and it is a welcoming space for residents of the community to work and study. Thanks to Hannah Howell for providing such a welcoming work and study space!!!
The common area at Pixon has truly been a game-changer for me. As someone who needs a quiet, comfortable space to focus, this spot has become my go-to study haven. The atmosphere is always clean, calm, and well-lit—perfect for productivity. There are plenty of outlets, fast Wi-Fi, and even cozy seating areas that make long study sessions much more bearable. Huge shoutout to Hannah the community manager for keeping this space open to the public.

Hello! I'm a current graduate student at UCF and I enjoy the atmosphere here every time I come to study. This location is close to home and gives me a wonderful space to stay focused and committed to my studies. I love that this place is open for students like me! PIXON is 10/10. Ideal location in Boxi Park. I am a frequent guest utilizing the downstairs lobby for my graphic designing. Very positive atmosphere and everyone is on a task and respectful to each other. Thanks to the community manager Hannah Howell for saying hello and having this available to us.
