Idalis was amazing she was patient made sure to adjust my eyeglasses to fit, she was very informative and made sure to repair to perfection. I’m so grateful my experience was TOP TIER, & I will always choose them over and over again. 10/10nit enough stars to express the great work ethic presented to me!
I stopped by Lake Nova Eye Care and received fantastic service. Diana was incredibly kind—she not only fixed and cleaned my glasses but also took the time to recommend better ways to care for them, including tips on using the right case and cleaning cloth. She was polite, sweet, and the office opened punctually at 9am. The entire team at this office is top-notch in both professionalism and personality. I’m glad to now be a customer here and look forward to having all my eye care needs taken care of at this location.
I had a great experience with the office ladies at Lake Nona Eye Care. They were so helpful and patient in assisting me to pick out frames that complimented my prescription and face. I highly recommend this office!
I've never been here before, but they still helped me repair my glasses when the screw (that keeps the glasses attached to the little arm that sits on your ear) fell out. It was free and the woman helping me was very nice and fixed it immediately.
