Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. 6 times I've called for a quote on parts, clearly no one there knows how to use their system as all they ever say is, "we'll call you back with the information" and then never call back.

This dealership/repair company was one of the greatest experiences my family had back when we bought our first car in 2000. However, Over the recent years they've become the most unethical ripoff disrepectful dealership I've ever had to deal with.
