John was wonderful to work with throughout our move to Lake Naomi. Not only did he help us find the perfect place, but was always there during important moments and gave us great advice. He knows the local property market inside and out, was attentive to every request, and helped make our transition into the community much easier. He also shared valuable information and connected us with helpful local contacts as we settled into our new home. We’re grateful for his guidance and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to... read more
John was awesome to work with. He truly went above and beyond- helped maintain our yard when we were on the market, fixed an issue in the garage, and came over multiple times to check on the house when we were away. He is always accessible and a great communicator. Everything went smoothly and I recommend him whole heartedly!
We had a wonderful experience working with Meryl, our real estate agent. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Meryl guided us through every step of the process and went above and beyond to help us find our forever house. Her professionalism, personal attention to detail, and genuine dedication made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. We couldn’t be happier with our new home to be built and are incredibly grateful for all of ... read more
John and his company were great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He took his time to show us not only the properties we were interested in, but also the community. He was also very helpful for us in pointing out things about each home that we may not have noticed on our own. Highly recommend!
Our family was searching for a house in the Poconos for at least 8 months. I had used two other realtors but we just didn’t click. . Then I met Meryl! .. There are not enough accolades that describe her. First, if you call or text Meryl within minutes, no matter what, she will get back to you. You are never waiting for a response. Meryl listened to what we wanted in a house and she promised that she would find the perfect house and she did !! She was with us every step of the buying process and used her “ we will do this” wh... read more
