I used Dr.Gibson for 10 years and could have not been more pleased. Going to Dr.Long was a great move. I had a tough problem fitting hearing aids; the two of them worked hard with the mfg. to make it work; they never gave up. I now have a Cochlear Implant which they do not service.(wish they did) I learned hearing aids are only as good as your audiologist and they are the best.
Day 3 wearing my hearing aids! They make such a difference. Kelly is absolutely wonderful. �A great experience all around!�
I love Lake Murray Hearing....best place to go when having problems and I must say Dr Todd Gibson goes beyond his call of duty when it concerns his patients ..and for that I do appreciate him.thank you Dr Todd for alk you do
I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years and I had a great overall experience with Dr. Gibson at Lake Murray Hearing Associates. Cindy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gibson explained my hearing loss so I could understand it and fit me with hearing aids that actually help me hear what I need to hear! I highly recommend Dr. Gibson and Lake Murray Hearing Associates if you want to hear better and are looking for an audiologist who cares about helping you.
Bad secretary – The secretary for Dr. Gibson (Cindy) is sub-par. We have had many conflicts with her from scheduling to just knowing what her job is. She has made our experience with Dr. Gibson a foul one. Dr. Gibson on the other hand, is a great doctor. I love dealing with him, but Cindy has sadly ruined it for me.
