We had a great experience working with Sarah Hofferth at Lake Murray Flooring. We needed a unique stone for our fireplace which Sarah found and priced competitively. They met every schedule on time and on budget. Their stone installation was flawless. I highly recommend them for your flooring and stone needs.

Absolutely horrible liars and deceivers. We purchased wood floors from them and the product which came in was a completely different width than what we ordered. The owner delayed for 2 1/2 months on allowing us to return it saying he kept wanting to search for other product. When we demanded he refused to give us back our money and return the product. DO NOT GO TO LAKE MURRAY FLOORING. These people are rude and have zero customer service skills. The owner Bill Green is rude and unprofessional. He obviously trains his staff the same way. Bill and one of his other staff members had to come out to my home and measure twice. Even after measuring twice and not showing up at least three different times they still over ordered 15 boxes of Flooring. How is this even possible for someone who does Flooring for a living? They will say they are going to call you and they never do.... read more
