Had my mower for over 5 months, never fixed it and I can’t get hold of him to get it back. To answer: sorry this senior living on a pension couldn’t just come up with the $300 MORE than the original price quote of $150 (which I had put aside for you) immediately. If you had let me know a few months ago that the repair would be $450 instead of $150 I would have been able to save the money. I wish this could be zero stars. I’ve never done a review in my life but this I couldn’t let go. Brought mower in for a pulley, told he needed to put a parts order in that Thur and took a 60$ down payment (insulting my mower the moment he laid eyes on it. Extremely rude and offensive. 2 weeks went by no call no update. Called him. Told the exact same story “need to order part” (doesn’t remember his own lies) 2 more weeks go by called again. Same lies.
