My dad brought his mower here for repair and also donated another mower. Months later, nothing has been fixed and we have never received a single call or update. The only time we hear anything is when my dad runs into the mechanic in public and confronts him. Now he claims the mower “cannot be repaired” because he can’t find a motor—but again, no phone calls, no returned messages, and no answers at the door when we try to follow up at his business. I keep trying to call you, because I finally saved up enough money to get my mower back. Your voicemail box is always full and there is no other way to contact you. I would like to get my mower back.
