Very unprofessional front desk staff!!! Would never stay at a place where the staff is able to blatantly disrespect customers using racial slurs and then try to justify their unprofessional behavior by making poor excuses. Your staff represents your brand. Get it together!
If you're white. You should enjoy your stay. Never visit again.
Allowing your staff to call people racist names?!?!?! That is straight ridiculous ! I will NEVER attend this so called business and I hope other people do not as well. You guys are a disgrace! If you were any type of business she would have been fired right on the spot. There wouldnt be any "walking outside", shed be fired from the jump and that'd be the end of it. Quit being lazy and fire that woman and sit your butt up there until you find a replacement.
Watched a video of a racist employee trying to justify using a racial slur. It was unprofessional and demeaning for her to act in such manner.
Very clean, comfortable, and hospitable. Stayed for a couple months, had family stay from out of town for a wedding, they also felt safe and comfortable. Staff was great!
Nice staff. Came in late and my 7 year old wanted to swim front desk gal said go a head it was around 9pm and we were only there for 1 night took a free shuttle to the airport at 5am. Never got to see it in the day light but was nice. Room wax updated but the flooring needs to be redone in room 216 (queen) had a midevil type feel. Bed was comfy for the 4 hours I was in it. Would go back and stay a fewdays.
