I had a MRI scheduled over a month ago for July 31st @ 8 am , (that I had taken off work half day to get done)How about, they call me today to cancel because the auth is still pending at the insurance. Well, yeah it’s gonna be when you just sent the auth July 29th. Heather (manager at Brownwood) stated it was because they were waiting on clinical notes from my provider (mind you, they were sent prior to July 29th.) waste of my time .
