Its so clean and nice in here. It even smells nice. It doesnt feel like a doctor's office at all, although it is very professional! Everyone is so kind. I have had some nightmare medical experiences elsewhere, but this place feels very safe to me. There are free drinks and snacks in the waiting room. I was seen quickly. I had to bring my 4 year old with me and everyone was very receptive and friendly towards him. There is no sign out front though! You walk in the cybertech door to get in.
I’ve never received the kind of caring attention from a practitioner before that I get at Lake Med! My husband and I absolutely love the staff. They’re very knowledgeable and detail oriented in their approach to healthcare. Highly recommend!
Excellent care!! The best experience I have ever had when it comes to healthcare. I feel well taken care of and listened to and the staff and Dr. are so nice.
There is not a day that doesn’t go by that I count my blessings to have Amy Richardson for my PA. Her staff is always friendly and makes you feel like family. This is an answer to our prayers. TU Lake Med!!!!
